The Tyco US1 electric trucking highway wrecker with flashing lights and the disabled car was included in the 3213 Highway Wrecker Set, and also sold separately on a blister card as seen below as item #3918. Since the Shell Wrecker was sold individually, the Disabled Firebird is a very hot item! They can sell easily for 60.00 in average condition up to 85.00. There are usually one or two for sale or you can search for it and then do a saved search on ebay to get alerts when one is listed. I got lucky and found one for 70.00 in 2023 after searching for months.  The earlier ones will have the plastic guide blades and brown gears like the one in the video, and the ones toward the end of production will have the metal guide pins as seen in the photos below.
