If you didn't purchase the complete 3213 Highway Wrecker Set (available 1984), Tyco sold a separate item: the 3444 Highway Wrecker Set Action Accessory (available from 1984 to 1985). This accessory was confusingly packaged under the exact same name, "Highway Wrecker Set". To avoid ambiguity, the instructions inside officially named it the Operating Garage with Wrecker and Disabled Car.
