The Tyco US1 electric trucking highway wrecker with flashing lights and the disabled car was included in the 3213 Highway Wrecker Set, and confusingly as an accessory as 3444 Highway Wrecker set. It was also sold separately on a blister card as seen below as item no. 3918! The disabled Firebird can sell easily for 60.00 in average condition up to 85.00. There are usually one or two for sale or you can search for it and then do a saved search on ebay to get alerts when one is listed. I got lucky and found one for 70.00 in 2023 after searching for months.

If you are missing the weight which is vital to keeping the disabled car on the wrecker, you can buy a chassis from a TYCO U-Turn and use it.
