TYCO US1 Trucking lighted Peterbilt Truck Cab 1984–1985 No. 3908 was only sold separately between 1984–1985 toward the end of the US1 Trucking production and was not included in any sets. It is yellow with a black and baby blue stripe and the black letters "PB" on it. Since Peterbilt is one word, I've always been a little unclear of the PB meaning, but perhaps it stands for peanut butter.

These are scarce! They can sell for 200.00 in average condition. If you have deep pockets, there are usually two or three for sale  per year on eBay. You can search for it and then do a saved search on ebay to get alerts when one is listed for sale. As seen in the video below, I was blessed and found one as part of an entire collection.
