TYCO released the first US1 electric trucking sets in 1981 with the slogan "You Control the Action!" New sets were introduced each year until 1985. In the final year, 1986, two previously released sets were sold. The Interstate Delivery Set and the Motor City Set. The numbering of the sets is consecutive except for a missing 3207 & 3218 set, which makes me wonder if those sets were scratched for production issues. I guess the sets numbered 3201- 3219 were all planned well in advance. However, the release order was not according to the set number.  1984 is arguably the year the most collectible sets were released. The Highway Wrecker set, Night Haulers set, G.I. Joe High Adventure Set, and Stomper set all demand top dollar and fierce bidding wars on eBay.
