Much of my personal US-1 Trucking set is original from the 1980s. In 2022, I decided to get it out of the storage tote and set it up. I quickly realized that some vital parts were missing like the backstop for the car unloader accessory. Without this small plastic piece, the cars will not unload from the trailer! After a little research, I discovered that there are free 3-D files for many of these parts! You can download the .STL file and print these on your own 3D printer, or you can take them to a local 3D print shop or upload the .STL file to an online printer like Shapeways!
Tractor Self-Reset
Tyco US1 Tractor Self-Reset Modification. Allows the tractor to return to its original position without pushing it back. This is a must-have IMHO. I never liked forcing the bulldozer back into place! Check out our installation video and demonstration of this cool US1 Trucking mod!
Box Unloader Sign
The sign was easily broken over the years. I suggest printing this with White Natural Versatile Plastic for the least expensive and smooth texture. The other methods look grainy and ridiculous.

9 Gear Sets
Set of 9 gear pairs for use with Tyco US-1 Trucking vehicles. The gears will be printed on a support structure (sprue). It's common that the sprue might break off in the gear. As you push the motor or wheel shaft into the gear, the sprue will be pushed out the other side.
27 Spur Gears
27 spur gears. Sometimes the plastic shaft holding the gears can break off inside a gear instead of easily sliding out Use a paperclip, motor shaft, to push it out & clear the axle hole.
