TYCO US1 Trucking Smith's Tire Goodyear Pickup Truck No. 3951 was only sold separately between 1981–1982 and was not included in any sets. As a result, it is very rare! They can sell easily for 200.00 in average condition up to 600.00 new on the card. If you have deep pockets, there are usually one or two for sale for big money, or you can search for it and then do a saved search on ebay to get alerts when one is listed. The earlier ones will have the plastic guide blades and brown gears like the one in the video, and the ones toward the end of production will have the metal guide pins as seen in the photos below.

On a side note, you can purchase the lime green dump truck and use the chassis from it to restore this pickup!
